Within Germany we offer free shipping.

In addition, we offer free return shipping for all orders using the returns label provided within Germany.

For all orders outside of Germany, the return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.  

In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred which must be paid by the customer.

In principle, shipping is only possible up to the maximum weight indicated.

Pick up directly from us in Korschenbroich-Glehn

From now on it is possible to pick up orders on request directly from our warehouse in Korschenbroich-Glehn.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
1. Order as usual in our shop at www.rieker-shop.de, choose the desired payment method (all common payment methods except bank transfer are possible) and select the shipping method Click & Collect.
2. The ordered goods will be prepared for pick-up. The order is ready for pick-up 2 hours after receipt of the order confirmation. Pick-up is possible from monday to friday (except on public holidays in NRW) from 09.30 to 16.30 directly at our warehouse in 41352 Korschenbroich-Glehn, Glehner Heide 8. Please have your identity papers and your order confirmation ready for identification on site.
3. If after trying on at home it should be determined that the ordered articles do not fit or do not please, the order can be revoked by telephone under +492182-6974400 or by e-mail to rieker-shop@schuhhaushasler.de. The unwanted articles can then be returned to our warehouse at the times indicated above.

In order to protect your health and the health of our employees, we pay attention to hygienically perfect conditions:
The collection can only be made through a separately signposted entrance.
A safety distance to other persons must be maintained during collection as well as a medical mask (FFP2, KN95 or surgical mask) must be worn.
Order or payment on site is not possible.
We ask to refrain from trying-on on the spot.
We ask for your understanding!
